On September 22 the Regular General Shareholders' Meeting of PZU Ukraine, SA and PZU Ukraine Life Insurance, SA was held. There was made the decision on changes to the Management Board of both companies. Ireneusz Wesołowski was appointed Acting President. Jarosław Wodnicki, Robert Łoś, Kamil Górecki and Marcin Gozdek were elected the Members of the Management Board of PZU Ukraine, SA and PZU Ukraine Life Insurance, SA.
The new Management Board started its work at the day of appointment and informed that the Company would follow the strategy of dynamic development of Insurance Group that had been accepted earlier. The investment plans would also remain the same.
PZU SA doesn’t intend to leave the Ukrainian market, the potential of which is still estimated to be very high. PZU SA also noted that it is planned to correct the business model of Ukrainian network development in accordance with Polish quality service standards that are being implemented in Ukraine.
PZU SA is confident that the unique know-hows and great experience of PZU Group at Polish insurance market let PZU Ukraine Insurance Group to take the leading position at Ukrainian insurance market.
