All-Ukrainian sales network of the Group consists of 64 representatives: head office, 6 regional administrations, 20 regional offices, 20 customer service centers and 17 agencies (including 5 frontier agencies).
PZU Ukraine has its own information centre — round-the-clock consultation center for the insured. The calls are answered in Ukrainian, Russian, English and German. The specialists of the centre will register the insured event, will give the advice regarding necessary actions and will call the proper authorities of Ministry of Internal Aff airs. In case of necessity they also will help to call the expert, the towing service or an ambulance.
PZU Ukraine is a member of many professional and industrial associations: Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine, Sea Insurance Bureau of Ukraine, League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine, Nuclear Insurance Pool and American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.
